OUR LEADERSHIP
Mr. Hadnott has more than thirty-five years of professional accounting experience, including twenty years of experience in not-for-profit organizations. He supervises audit and consulting services for a wide range of small and emerging business clients, federal, state and local government entities, and real estate firms. Mr. Hadnott also has extensive experience in providing services related to financial and compliance audits, financial analysis and control, strategic planning and management consulting. His keen business advice has helped to reduce costs and improve management operations.

He is a graduate of Bernard M. Baruch College and earned his MBA from Iona College. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the National Association of Black Accountants, Division of Firms. He is Director-at-Large of the Board of the NYSSCPA. He was formerly a member of the Business Advisory Council of George Washington University, the Accounting Education Sub-Committee for the AICPA, and the NYSSCPA.

Mr. Hadnott was appointed by New Jersey Governor James E. McGreevey to serve on the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy in recognition of his talent and abilities. He is the first African-American to hold this post.

He also has a long and impressive record of service to various past and current civic organizations such as the New York City Partnership and Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Harlem Business Alliance and One Hundred Black Men, Inc. He provides consistent support to health- and education-related groups such as the March of Dimes, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Ronald McDonald House and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
Glenda has over 20 years of accounting experience, including three years as auditor, 15 years as tax advisor, and 15 years as management consultant. Glenda is primarily responsible for monitoring and evaluating the financial performance of the firm and its operations. She directs the finance function in providing reponsive business strategies, planning and controls through actionable solutions to the demands of this highly regulated profession. Her financial leadership, policy direction and technical oversight ensure efficient, quality service to the overall operations of the firm.

Glenda is also responsible for the firm's personnel administration, support services and facilities management. Glenda provides oversight to the accounting and outsourcing services for our clients and assist with the MAS90 installations.

Glenda is a graduate of Mercy College in New York. She is certified MAS90 re-seller.
She has served on several Condominium Association Boards as a Treasurer
